JUFA Hotel Salzburg

We had 7 rooms booked at the Jufa hotel and everyone in our party liked the Jufa hotel very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful organising taxis and answering our questions. Breakfast was very good ( perhaps a little pricey) but the quality was good. Check out easy.

Nice territory, very pleasant garden with tables and chairs to sit, a cafe and a bar.

Pleasant and well-equipped hotel close to the city center. The terrace offers lovely views of the castle, and the breakfast was excellent with a nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. The only minor issue was the bed being quite firm, though this might be a matter of personal preference. However, I was disappointed with the dinner options - we ordered pizza which was clearly frozen, which seems inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. Despite this letdown with the evening meal, the overall impression was great and I would still recommend the hotel.

The location of Hotel Jufa is excellent, just 200 metres from the base of the starting point of Salzburg Castle, old town. The breakfast had a lot of varieties, though it could add a little bit more of cakes / sweet stuff. The room which we stayed in had no balcony but it had big dual windows which opened to the inner courtyard. The room was of good size. The reception staff was helpful and answered the few questions which I had. There was a jazz festival going on during our visit which made it even more memorable. Good value for money and highly recommended. Would love to come back again.

The breakfast is amazing, you can additionally order a dish with bagel/sandwiches of your choice. The room is big enough. The hotel location is just 10-15min from the castle and from the main entrance of the hotel you can see the castle and the beautiful landscape around. There are music evenings and other events providing for the guests.
